Three rounds... five moves each, repeated twice.
This has so far been my least favorite workout of the program. Mike Dolce is very motivating during this workout. He does a great job of making you want to push harder, but this workout just seemed to move a bit slower than the others that I have done so far, and some of the moves are not very good if you're not coordinated. I had to keep telling myself that if I can't get the hang of a move, or if it doesn't feel right then it's something I should keep trying until I can do it. I will know I have made progress when I can do the move without hesitation.
The only problem is that you only do each move for thirty seconds. That does not give you much time for a learning curve.
I did still enjoy this workout. Don't take this as me saying that it's a bad workout, it's not. It was just my least favorite so far. There were still moves that I loved. I felt great during and after this workout. I felt powerful. I was energetic afterwards. I like Mike Dolce's energy. Still loving the program.
