10 Minute Solution - Fat Blasting Dance Mix

I have to work at 8 am today, and I had every intention of using today as a rest day because after work I have to go get my fiances wedding ring.  It's been a very long and exhausting week, so I figured I could use one.  I ended up waking up super early though, so I figured instead of killing time on tumblr I would do a ten minute workout, maybe two.  Nothing strenuous, just something to kill time before I really have to get ready for work.  Well, I ended up really enjoying this dvd and did the whole damn thing!  I'm glad I had time.  I am so happy that I didn't just go back to bed.  This was a really fun workout!  Jennifer Galardi is all about level changed to get your heart rate up.  The music is entertaining.  I will say that I only felt like three of the five ten minute workouts were really dance workouts.  I loved the first two.  The first one is so simple.  The steps are very easy.  This allows you to put more into though because you're not hung up on tricky choreography.  The last two to me seemed more like a fun and different way to work your lower body (#4) and your abs (#5).  She did say during workout 5 that you were dancing, which was funny because when she said it I was literally just thinking, "this is not dancing." 

I would definitely recommend this one. It was a happy way to start the day!
